Guys, I am not even lying when I say, this shake is
AH-mazing. I’ve had it three days in a row now (I added some kale to it today
since I was struggling to get veggies in, and it’s still AH-mazing) and I could
probably drink it every day! There are so many great Shakeology recipes out
there, but I really wanted something that involved a lot of “free” ingredients
(spices, extracts, etc.) because, being in the lowest bracket of the 21 Day Fix
meal plan, I don’t want to always use up one of my fruits or an extra protein
on my shake—a girl’s gotta eat! This is why this Shakeology recipe is
AH-mazing!
Here it is:
Put all the ingredients in your blender and enjoy! J
